Development of the course

The course aims to provide an introduction on the psychology of work and organization and to stimulate a reflection, through the use of active teaching methods, on current issues of labor and the internal dynamics organizations.



Learning outcomes

Identify the mechanisms which govern the process of reading the social behavior in healthcare to describe the modalities through which it expresses social action explain the rules that guide the interaction of groups and power control mechanisms Identify the modalities for the creation of a socially positive environment.
