Proper mastery of the Italian language oral and written
The course aims to provide students with the basic knowledge of the main phenomena and processes related to the Psychology of work and organizations, through the tools of reading and analysis of psychosocial aspects that characterize in a peculiar way the relationship between the individual, the work environment and organizational well-being
- acquire knowledge of the main individual and organizational factors that distinguish the individual interface-working environment
- develop the ability of reading and analysis of the psychosocial aspects of organizations
- know and understand the organizational characteristics that promote an atmosphere of being at work and optimization of individual performance
- acquire the skills of reading and analysis of , Mobbing, Born-out and psychological risk factors in the workplace in terms of prevention and coping strategies
A brief history of the Psychology of work and organizations
The key constructs of the Psychology of work: work motivation, leadership, performance and development of skills, the working group between values and internal dynamics
Communication within the organization: negotiation and conflict management
Well-being and organizational climate:
