Development of the course

The course presents the essential aspects of psychodynamic theory of personality,

 

the history of theories of psychic dynamism, the main psychoanalytic theories and their latest versions,

 

the connection between the theoretical aspects and the basic phenomena inherent educator-patient relationship.

 

Learning outcomes

Acquire knowledge of the main theories that explain the motivational processes of personality. Understanding the basis psychodynamic mechanisms regarding the helping relationship; connecting the knowledge of dynamic psychology with the clinical evaluation and the work of the multidisciplinary team

The prospect of Dynamic Psychology in the field of psychological and psychiatric sciences; History of Dynamic Psychology; Psychoanalysis and Dynamic Psychology; Dynamic Psychology *regarding the relational and interpersonal perspective; Dynamic Psychology of the life cycle ; Dynamic Psychology of transference and counter- transference ; Dynamic Psychology of the helping relationship and disability.
