Prerequisites

The students should have basic knowledge of specific disciplines which are propedeutic to Experimental Pedagogy, such as Social and General Pedagogy, General Psichology and Statistics.

Development of the course

The course proposes the aim of developing the knowledge of epistemologic basics of pedagogy.

The experimental aspects of contemporary pedagogy will be examined. Particular attention will be reserved to the qualitative and quantitative concepts of “research” and “method”.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student will be able to:

• Individualize instruments to answer educative needs
• Adapt the practice to the characteristics of the human target
• Evaluate the appropriateness, efficacy and efficiency of the  different practices
• Document the interventions and define the models

Development of the examination

At the end Course, individual presentation of group working that has been developed during the previous semester.
