Programma

Scientific research, scientific method, short history of scientific epistemology (Aristotle, Newton and Kant, Eistein and Popper). Philosophic/hermeneutic and scientific/clinical pedagogy, Vocational education and training, Didactics and Cognitive psychology.

Quantitative research: Exploratory and Empirical research. Qualitative research: Hermeneutic inquiry and Action-research. Quali-quantitative research: Case study. Hypotheses and unchanging, independent and dependent variables. Internal and esternal validity. Researc assessment and evaluation. Data collection instruments (enquiry, observation and documentation, individual or collectiv questionnare and interview).

Vocational education and training of working people: training needs analysis, planning and processing of the training course, internal  and external evaluation of the training course (ex ante, in itinere, ex post).
