Prerequisites

For an understanding and application of the optimal clinical management of care aimed at the person being cared for, it is recommended that the knowledge of the best available scientific evidence and relevant strategies for finding them.

 

Development of the course

The course will include lectures and individual study. We also provide group work and / or individual work simulations for nursing research in the most well-known databases.

Use of the best available scientific evidence in nursing through scientific research of international databases.

• Scientific research: origins and development; Evidence based nursing: principles and purposes.
• Scientific research as a decision-making process for the solution of problems;
• The review of the literature, critical analysis of a research article, research online.
• The evidence in 'nursing; research protocol, the demand / research question, research design, methods and tools for data collection.
• Ethical aspects of research ethics, human dignity, ethics committees.

Development of the examination

Written and oral examination in the alternative.
