Prerequisiti

Knowledge of the structure of the National Health System and the institutions of law and public health law. Knowledge of the structures and components of organizations. Knowledge of research methods.

Analysis and study:

Of the Theory of Complexity, Complex Adaptive Systems, tools for the analysis of complex adaptive systems (the Matrix agreement / certainty of Stacey, the diagram of the STAR Zimmermann, simple rules / attractors, the network models), the SWOTH analysis.

The complexity of care, The MAP (professionalizing care model.

Management tools (Balanced score card, budgeting and reporting).

Evidence Based Health Care, clinical governance

Research guidelines and tools for their evaluation (AGREE II)

Organizational models and innovative care (intensity of care, home health, chronic care model)
