Fundamentals of nursing process
The course aims to provide basic knowledge of nursing applied to the management and to develop specific skills and managerial skills of the processes, people and organization.
The student should be able to identify care issues of a patient undergoing surgery by defining its priorities, the areas of professional autonomy and those of collaboration with other professionals and should be able to identify the most appropriate nursing process.

• Scope of professional practice: dependency relationship and freelance work (standards)
• The organization of health facilities
• The evolution of the organizational structure of health facilities: departments.
• The role of the citizen in the health system. The Office of Public Relation
• The improvement of the quality
• The Department of professions / nursing service.
• The model of the analysis of the organization
• Workloads and management of staff
• Strategies for lifelong learning: meaning Continuing Medical Education
• Know the care processes: the delegation and the allocation of activities to support staff.
• Work as a team: reporting lines and functional, networking, integration tools, plan of activities
• Administrative and legal responsibility of nurse
• Job description of support staff
• Manage care for groups of patients: the care processes for managing tasks, for team, primary care
