Program
In the first part, dedicated to collective labour relations, the following topics will be discussed: the collective agreement, the patterns of trade union representation, the role of trade union in safety at work; the strike, the anti-union conduct. In the second part, dedicated to the individual employment relationship, the following topics will be discussed: the constitutional principles about work, employment contracts, legislation about working hours, the causes of suspension of work performance, workplace safety, ethics, duties and responsibility of technical prevention operators.

oral examination; discussion about the main issues teached.
