• Build on the basis of the analysis of PPS and supply of services, models of care / obstetrics and innovative system of standards of care and professional skills;
• Plan, manage and evaluate care services from the perspective of quality improvement (planning, organization, management, control);
• Supervise the assistance related to specific professional conduct and actions of counselling;
• Experimenting with strategies and interventions oriented to the relational complexity of care relevant to the specific professional and processes of health education;
• Manage teams and strategies to foster integration and multi-professional organization;
• Ensure that carers and their coordinators are involved in decision-making processes that affect their practice;
• Critically analyze the ethical issues related to the assistance;
• Analyze the evolution and changes in health care systems.
