Development of the course

Acquisition of more important sociological theories and principles will be useful to a greater awareness, especially in terms of ability to gather information in a scientific manner on major issues of our time, their origins, their tendencies and the main interpretive approaches.
The course aims to provide the conceptual and operational tools for the critical study of the processes of change in modern and postmodern, which sees the rise of risk and uncertainty, the advent of new forms of subjectivity, the impact of processes globalization and new forms of communication, the deep changes of the major social institutions, the "liquidity" of the postmodern context. The general sociology should then be connected to the nursing profession in various areas to be treated, sometimes complex but fascinating.
