Program

Cardiac nursing
identify the responsibility in the management of the nursing person
subjected to diagnostic tests: ECG, echocardiography, ergometric test,
Holter, electrophysiological studies, define the assistance of the person being
coronary angiography and angioplasty. The 'support for people with heart disease
artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hypertension.
Monitoring of cardiac function.

 

Nursing  Oncohematology
Nursing management
of the patient onco-hematology and related plans
care (characteristics, symptoms, diagnosis).
Assistance to identify the person undergoing chemotherapy, radiation therapy.
Preparation, administration, complications, treatment disposal
antiblastic. Major complications following an extravasation from
chemotherapy and methods of nursing intervention.

. Guidelines and protocols for cancer therapy: the facility and the control
of venous access (central venous catheter port-cath, elastomer, pumps
infusion etc..). Prevention of infection in patients
immunocompromised.
Assistance during bone marrow aspiration and biopsy; assistance
patient undergoing bone marrow transplantation (skills
nursing). Care of patients with leukemia and solid tumors.
Nursing and pain management. Assessment and management of pain
chronic. Concept of chronic pain. Rating scales of pain.
Projects for pain control: national experiences, and epidural catheters.
Palliative care: assessment and management of symptoms. Discuss the analysis of
dilemmas related at the beginning and the end of life and influential on the practice
health care (aggressive treatment, euthanasia).

Nursing in Gastroenterology
Diagnostics
in gastroenterology nursing responsibility. assistance
the person with liver disease, pancreatic and gastric intestinal;
abdominal paracentesis and liver biopsy, the survey gastric and esophageal
duodenal and intestinal Enteral Nutrition (NE)

Pediatric nursing
Assessment, monitoring of vital signs in newborns and children.
Promote breastfeeding. Rights of children in hospital.
The communication in the child. The crying and play. Manage therapy
drug in children.
Locate the correct medical equipment based on age and development of the
child (strategies). The child with cancer.
The care of children with bronchial asthma, seizures, diseases
infectious diseases, malabsorption, fever.
Describe emergencies in pediatrics and pediatric isolation. analyze the
childhood diabetes: education of the child and the family,
eating disorders in childhood and adolescence. Trauma in childhood.
Define the preparation of the child for surgery. discuss
the importance of the hospital school: fun activities;
